Trusted HR Advisor – TUPE transfer of 60 employees following award of new contract

We liaised with the outgoing contractor to gather the information necessary for the transfer of employees and effective early operation of the new contract. We highlighted any omissions and dealt with queries on staffing and the data provided. We then planned and ran group and individual consultation meetings, over two different locations, dealing with incoming employees concerns, queries and problems. We also helped with ‘onboarding’ activities and produced all employee transfer letters and contracts.

The transfer went really smoothly and there were no employee relations issues. The contract was fully operational from the first day and 6 months on the original employees were all still in post.
